Returns

  • We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

    • Incorrect delivery information: If the order was not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
    • Personal preference: If the item doesn’t meet your personal preferences or aesthetic choice.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering an exchange or a refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
  • Exchanges are subject to approval, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Special Considerations for Accidental Purchases

  • In some special cases, we may offer a refund for accidental purchases, provided the total order value does not exceed $100. Refund requests for accidental purchases must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at support@toyvio.com for assistance with these requests.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed if the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, or in special cases like accidental purchases under $100. Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal preference.
